our name implies, our expertise transcends a single discipline. Our collision and
paint departments are the best-equipped possible. Our service department, besides
performing any collision related mechanical repairs required, services over 200 vehicles a
month. From the scheduled maintenance found in your owner's manual to those hard to
solve "drivability" problems. And our detail department can keep your car,
van or light truck showroom new. All
done in house. All done with a sense of pride knowing our responsibility
to you and your vehicle. |

the finest, state of the art equipment, we are very proud of the credentials of our people
individually and our shop collectively. We are a participant in
the "Certified
First" Network of collision professionals. We are AAA
approved in all aspects of our business, meeting the stringent requirements of
their
Approved Auto Repair Programs. Hence we are both an AAA Approved
Collision Repair Center as well as an AAA Approved Auto Repair
Center.
We are a member of the BBB
(Better Business Bureau) and ASA
(Automotive Service Association), abiding by the code of ethics set forth by both.
Our shop is denoted a Blue Seal of Excellence shop by ASE
(The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) and an I-CAR Gold Class Professional.
These are both very difficult to achieve and attest to the commitment to education of all
our personnel.

Nothing makes us prouder than to now see
scores of second-generation customers entrusting the safety of their
vehicles to us. Or the many former local,
now out of town customers, who have their cars towed hundreds of miles so
our collision shop can perform the repairs in the event of an accident.
We are grateful to the many who coordinate major preventive
maintenance service with their trips back to the Cleveland area.
