Service Department Objectives
Our service department has two defined objectives.
The first is to perform most aspects of vehicle service, repair and preventive
maintenance, offering an alternative to dealerships, mass merchandisers and national
franchises. Done in a fashion as only a locally family owned and operated business
can. The second is to provide the mechanical repairs associated with our collision
center. Dedicated technicians whose certifications and advanced level training
accomplishments (unparalleled in the industry); accomplish this. They are provided
the most current tools, equipment and manufacturer's information to achieve these
objectives. These are important distinctions if you are a potential body shop
customer. We are not a body shop who has decided to "do the mechanical
work" associated with an accident. Our service department has been an integral,
yet separate, part of our business since our inception in 1985. In fact, over 90% of
the department's work is not related to collision repairs.
Today's consumers
are the best informed, not to mention, the busiest in history. It is relief to many
of them knowing all aspects of maintenance and repairs can be performed with one stop,
here at Automotive Excellence. Our customers, and in many cases, their children,
have come to know our service manager, our technicians and certainly know our ability to
diagnose, repair or service their vehicle properly, in a timely fashion and at a fair
price. We are proud to be a AAA Approved Repair
Facility a NAPA
Autocare Dealer, as well as an approved
Xpress Tire & Auto Service Center.
Their national warranty affords additional peace of
mind.
With our proximity
to the Ohio E-Check test center, it is only natural for us also to be an approved Ohio
E-Check repair facility. This has been accomplished through our commitment to
emission-related training and diagnostic equipment.
Over the years, we
have enjoyed our relationship with FOX 8
News (formerly CBS affiliate channel 8). We have been interviewed
numerous times regarding consumer-related automotive issues. We have even been
involved with their "Call For Action", entertaining calls from their viewers
with automotive related problems. In an industry wrought with bad publicity, it is an
honor to on TV for the right reasons. Whether you need service as routine as an oil
change, recommended services in your owners manual, tires or even a problem where you have
been told "better go back to the dealer" allow us to earn your business by
showing you why we do indeed "Set the Standard" in automotive repair.
