- 25 Years

We
opened our doors 25 years ago. Rick and Ryan attended St.
Anthony’s and Jennifer came along with me to work in a playpen.
Our office was tiny with just enough space for a few customers.
Thank God Jennifer was such a good baby as you never heard a peep out of
her, or maybe the equipment noise faded her cries?
Moving to our current location was great. We then had a
spacious waiting area and WINDOWS. Something we did not have
before! Rick and Ryan attended college and now work for us.
The little baby in the office is now a teacher. We’ve added
“daughter”-in-laws and a grandson. We now have second generation
families coming to us.
We value our customers and thank each and everyone of you for
trusting in us. It will be
our pleasure to continue serving you long into the future…

The
Super Service Award, now celebrating its 11th year, is reserved for
companies who have achieved and maintained a superior service rating on
Angie's List - the nation's leading provider of consumer ratings on
local service companies - throughout the past year. Fewer than
5 percent of companies on Angie's List meet the eligibility requirements
to be considered for the award. Winners have maintained a
total and overall grade of "A"; have received a minimum number of
reports; are NOT in the Angie's "Penalty Box" and do NOT have an
unsatisfactory rating with the Better
Business Bureau.

- We're
Celebrating Our 25th Anniversary In Business!!!
Our
daughter Jennifer was only a few months old when we began our business
in 1985. She
is now 25
years old and we are celebrating our 25th Anniversary in business this
year. Where did the time
go?
Jennifer has since graduated from Bowling Green University and is
working on her Masters Degree while teaching. Ryan, our middle
son, works for us and was married in May of 2009. Rachela, his
spouse, works for FedEx and they reside in Boardman, Ohio. Rick,
our oldest son, also works for us. He and Diane have a beautiful
son, Anthony, our first grandchild! They reside in Broadview
Heights.
Rich loved cars
since he was a toddler. Even after receiving his Masters
Degree in Physics, he continued to work on cars as a hobby. In
1985 his dream came true when he opened the doors of Automotive
Excellence Inc. It has been with great pleasure that we have
served our community now for 25 years. We are dedicated to our
customers and our employees. Our staff is part of our "family".
We thank our customers and will continue to serve you and your family
for generations to come.
