BBB Honors Automotive Excellence, Inc. of North Royalton, Ohio with
Prestigious "Torch Award Honoring Businesses of Integrity." The
Greater Cleveland Better Business Bureau announced the winners
of the 2003 Better Business Bureau Torch Awards Honoring Businesses of
Integrity at a formal luncheon at Landerhaven on Tuesday, December 2,
2003. The winner in the highly competitive 11-25 employee category
was 18 year member Automotive Excellence, Inc.
The Torch Awards honor businesses that, along with excellent service,
have shown superior commitment to building an ethical culture as
evidenced by its relationship with customers and other stakeholders.
The BBB established the Torch Awards to promote ethical business
practices and heighten public appreciation for the fine businesses that
serve our marketplace.
According to David Weiss, president of the Cleveland Better Business
Bureau, who presented the award to Rich, Jeannette and Rick Sacha, "It
is our hope that this year's winners will serve as shining examples to
companies large and small who are seeking success. The 2003
honorees are proof that businesses that do right will do well".
Mr. Weiss want on to say "The BBB Torch Award winners provide the
parameters for a positive business model: Serve your customers,
employees, investors, communities and even your competitors with high
standards of integrity, and you will prosper over the long run."
The luncheon was attended by hundreds of business leaders, BBB
representatives, educators and some of the areas outstanding high school
seniors. Assistant Secretary of State Monty Lobb gave a highly
charged speech "Change the world, build character." To summarize:
"Character, is the cornerstone of American citizenship. And good
citizenship is the foundation of both good business and good
government."

is capable of performing computer simulated road tests using an actual
"road roller" to isolate and measure the exact cause of wheel related
vibration. A perfectly balanced tire can still vibrate due to
force variation. Matching the high point or stiff spot in the tire

rolling". This procedure is called ForceMatching and
